Shillo Amari - Aries Sun

Aries is the cardinal spark, and the fiery energy that breathes life into everything that follows. In this workshop, my goal is to guide you toward confidence in your movement while teaching you some of my favorite ways to “juice” the muscles, build stability, and expand mobility throughout your body.

We’ll awaken deeper body awareness through visualizations and nerve flossing, then tap into our inner muscle mommies, daddies, and xaddies as we explore a series of powerful static passes. Think: strong, intentional lines; clackable moments for the heel lovers; inverted balances and split drops; and eye-catching dynamic shapes guaranteed to captivate any audience. We’ll be working primarily on the lower third and at the base of the pole, focusing on grounded, strength-driven, dynamic movement that helps you feel both powerful and expressive.
