Yoko - Chair Dance

Introducing you to the art of chair founded by Yoko. In this workshop you'll be fusing lap dance with pole dance originated movements and learning Yoko's signature chair tricks in a choreo. You will be focusing on learning to control and balance on a chair, improving flexibility around the chair as well as building up core strength to bond and connect your body with a chair as though it is part of you!
