About the event
In this class we're gonna learn a Low Flow Sequence, focusing on developing sensual movement. Through creative exercises, we're gonna explore details such as gestual, gaze, texture and speed, making each body dance the same sequence in a very unique and authorial way.
Requirements: Mastery pole foundations like basic spins, pull ups and climbs. Also knowledge about floorwork basic elements.
Equipment: Heels OR socks, pants or shorts, knee pads
