Wes Marx - Exotic Elements

In this class we will learn a sequence focusing on connecting movements in a broad, slow and fluid way. Working on slow, danced movement allows us to more consciously understand all the details that make the connection and transitions between movements become light and fluid.

Of course, all of this with the details that are part of the Wes style, such as head movements, slides and tricks performed in a light and safe way.

Requirements: experience dancing in heels. Basic Pole foundations. Intermediate level (beginner friendly, variations are given)
