About the event
Journey through beautiful shapes and transitions. You will be guided through a variety of sequences in which you will have the opportunity to explore and redesign. Playing with shapes big and small, while giving much overlooked transitions an equal amount of intention. Moving slowly and with control, this workshop will assist in building comfort with the technicalities of spin.
You will not ascend beyond arms reach.
2+ Pole Year Experience (strength to pole hold & climb suggested)
