If you’re a spin pole lover, you’ll feel right at home here. We’ll warm the body, preparing you to weave yourself effortlessly through space. Harnessing breath- work and body contact within your transitions.

Beyond the beautiful spin passes and transitions we’ll explore, we’ll refine your lines, hand and finger articulation, facial expression, and overall presence. Supporting you in moving through the air with intention.

Requirements: Strong climb, upright pole sit and solid invert, descents from jasmine or other modifications included. Heels welcome
