About the event
Become entangled in Jessica’s flow, a 90 minute class where you will learn a slinky and floaty routine around the pole. Delve into the slow, precise movement of each transition while harmonising heels techniques and combining tantalising tricks.
Heels can be worn, pole is required in this class. Movement and tricks can be modified to all levels.
