Introduction to dancing in Daphne’s heels style. Learn a routine focused on the basic elements of exotic pole - how to glide with
your heels, balancing on the toe box of the shoe, smooth transitions and moving from the floor to the pole.
Emphasis is on making each simple movement beautiful and utilising all areas of the body during dance. Warmup includes
exercises to improve dance technique on heels. Perfect for those who are already experienced but want to improve their movement quality and musicality, or fresh to dancing in heels and need more guidance and understanding of heels concepts.
Suitable for all levels - bring kneepads and heels.
