Dalton Rhodes - Ride The Glide

In this all levels low flow class we will break down the mechanics of a successful heel glide so you can appear to effortlessly skate around the pole. We will work on exploring the anatomy of the show and proper body positioning and engagement to get that seamless look. Open to beginner-advanced dancers with modifications up and down, heels or socks required.
