It's shape-making time! We'll maximise the shapes we know and love and discuss ways to alter and play around with them on a static pole. You'll learn some of my favourite shapes and combos and we'll talk about where the dancing truly lies: within the transitions! Open to dancers who are comfortable with inverts and leg hangs.
