In this workshop, you will learn some powerful dynamic static spins (Hello flares!), transitions and combos. We will look at how to create momentum and power for your spins & use these to our advantage to create big and badass spins!
Please note this workshop is suitable for intermediates and above. Must be able to comfortably invert/ shouldermount
