About the event
A 90-minute Chair class where you will learn incredible acrobatic tricks, such as headstands, shoulder stands & chest stands. Jess will break down the fundamental components of each acrobatic trick on the chair, focusing on strong foundations, stability within the move and each transition. This class is open to all levels, no experience in chair dancing is needed.
A metal folded/banquet chair is recommended. Movement and tricks can be modified to all levels.
